Cancellation Window
Cancellation requests may generally be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
A cancellation can only be completed if the order has not already entered processing, been packed, or been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled through this policy and may instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation Confirmation
Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled.
Our team will review the order status and confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
If the order has already entered processing or shipment, we may be unable to stop it.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved before the order is processed or shipped, any eligible payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once a refund has been issued by IQ Gadgets, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.
In such cases, you may contact our customer support team regarding the available return options. Any return will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Changes to an Order
If you need to change an item, quantity, shipping address, or other order information, contact us as quickly as possible.
We will try to accommodate requested changes before processing begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.
