Billing Information
When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information.

Providing incorrect or incomplete information may delay order processing or payment verification.
Product Charges
The amount charged for your order will be based on the prices displayed at checkout.

All transactions are generally processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you authorize IQ Gadgets and its payment service providers to process the applicable amount using your selected payment method.
Orders may remain pending until payment has been successfully authorized.
If payment authorization fails, the order may be delayed, cancelled, or require another payment method.
Payment Processing
Payments are handled through secure third-party payment processors and supported checkout services.
IQ Gadgets does not intentionally store complete payment card details on its own systems. Payment information may be handled directly by the applicable payment provider according to its own security and privacy practices.
Billing Verification
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, IQ Gadgets or its payment providers may need to verify certain billing or order information.
If additional verification is required, an order may be placed on hold until the information has been reviewed.
Pricing Errors
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing and product information.
If a significant pricing or billing error occurs, IQ Gadgets reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, contact the customer before processing the order.
If an order is cancelled because of a confirmed pricing error, any payment collected for the affected order will be refunded as applicable.
Taxes
Applicable taxes may be calculated and added during checkout based on the order and shipping destination.
The final tax amount, when applicable, will be displayed before the order is submitted.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe your payment method was charged more than once for the same order, please contact us promptly.
We will review the transaction details and assist in resolving any confirmed duplicate billing.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After IQ Gadgets processes a refund, the time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Cancelled Orders
If an order is successfully cancelled before processing or shipment, any eligible payment will be refunded according to our Order Cancellation Policy.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and may instead be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred, we encourage you to contact IQ Gadgets first so we can review the matter and attempt to resolve it promptly.
This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider.
